The dare was to skateboard to Moon Theater and back... I guess that means Big Daddy won the dare and proved Johnny is a Goody Two-Shoes... Or in this case, Goody Nothing-But-Two-Shoes.
If you noticed on the previous page, the DeSoto had the U.S. President seal on its side in order to foreshadow this statement from Max.
Looks like the nightmare is over... for now.
