I think the sound that you can hear comes from the videogame 'SCP Containment Breach', which was released in 2015. The game is an adventure solo horror game which you play as an test subject stuck inside a govermental secret facility which is called 'The SCP foundation'. This game is based on, of course, the SCP universe.

The sound i think is used is when the playable character (Benjamin Oliver Walker, otherwise known as D-9341) enters the containment area of SCP-205. You'll see two lamps facing a wall, displaying lights, then shadows, and lots of events. The sound is played to create uneasiness with a fear of the unknown.

This is the description of where i think the sound come from. If you want to just hear the sound, you can search on youtube 'SCP containment breach SCP-205 sound', and you'll probably hear the exact same sound (without the moans and the sex scene, of course)

It is indeed an interesting choice, as it accentuate the feeling of uneasiness, and discomfort, giving the viewer a more deranged view, which accentuate that raping is not good. Tho, i appreciate and find this interesting the use of such sound, coming from an horror video game.

edit: Even if the sound does NOT come from the game, it's very similar. (after inspection, i do not hear the high-pitched metal noise, so it's more likely this is a sound made by the artist that made the audio of the video.

I find that video really good, as it is more accurate than lots of other videos. The animation is very well done, and i can say the same thing for the audio.
