Because it is and the link to the artist's page say's the character is female and it is female cause I can see part of the breasts under the arm that's holding the mug.

I think it was extrapolated from the fact that there isn't an extremely muscular and veiny 12 foot penis laying all over the floor.

For future reference, 'because the artist intended it to be' doesnt apply here. Its visual only. I cant make out anything from all the muscle, but if you say theres breasts SOMEWHERE In this...thing, then ok.

You're not supposed to use information from source and I'm looking at the same picture as you and with all the extremely exaggerated muscles I really just don't see it.
