To Eevee's disappointment, equipping a knife does not grant it access to Behemoth Blade.

Well, there are a lot more exceptions:

-Sylveon and Mega Pinsir can use Cut with respectively the Pixilate and Aerialate ability.
Along with Ion Deluge, Cut becomes super effective to 7 types out of 18.

-If you add Inverse Battle to the mix, Cut is super effective to 14 types out of 18.

So yeah.
