    I think in this case it's that they are tied together. When one moves it moves the other. How much do you care and trust your partner? How will they escape it? I could be wrong though. I probably am.

    Well, if they both turn thier heads in opposite directions, the dildo will surely fall out as it will be fourced out by lack of equal space.

    Okay but they’re also tied together at the neck, and presumably other locations as well preventing them from moving away
