Description

A recent comment suggested that Dominique may look a bit too much like Nidhala. I'm not sure I agree- clearly the only way to settle this is by pitting them together!

I'm not going to pretend there are no similarities, but they seem distinct enough to me. Nidhala's a lot more short and stout, Dominique is all tall and slender, Nidhala's a bright neon pink, Dom is more of a slightly purpley grey if anything, Nid is all spiky and rough, Dom is all smooth, and also Dom is calm and classy and in control while Nidhala is currently cumming her brains out. See, totally different!

(All in good fun, for the record, it just made me want to see these two together. :P )

Of course the dim and highly saturated lighting completely blasts their colours to bits and does make them look pretty similar, but trust me, in more balanced lighting it's pretty night and day.

Also oops, another lesbian picture. Sooner or later I'll depict Dom toying with a dick-owner, but for now, have some more girlies being girly!

    I think the reason people are saying these two characters are similar is because of their silhouette. They are both skinny/lanky, have long wide tails and horns instead of hair. Everything more specific, face, coloration, proportions, ect. are different, but silhouettes stick with people.

    Ok, I like tits, and I do like Dominique's design, but (and this is just me being me), dragons that manages to look feminine without compromising their reptilian aspect (like Amethyst), is the reason why I own an extra pair of underpants.

    Anyway~ about seeing those two being very dominant towards each other? :3

    Yep, that's pretty much it. The silhouette is nearly if not the most important element in character design. Put each character in a neutral pose (perhaps set them to the same size) and apply a shader that turns them black. The faster each character is recognized the stronger their base design is.

    I claim it's needed to highlight the differences more clearly through animation.

    Honestly Dominique reminds me more of Amethyst than Nidhala, though I can also clearly see the differencies between them.
    Anyway great work again, I love how calm and elegant is Dom while she makes Nidhala anything but calm. Also big love for the tail hug it's something that always makes a great bonus for me.

    So they look similar, they are the same species. And to them, I"m pretty sure all humans "look the same". And we need animation of this- Nidala with a.... biological. Not her usual choice. Dominique pinning her to the sybian and humping her tail like a pillow is adorable and dominant. I'm thinking we're seeing this through Birdie bot's eyes?
