I just did a quick skim and... man, this is either going to be the best, most tender wincest comic ever or it's completely burnt by now. Either that or the artist is a massive troll and just trying to see how long he can dangle the goods in front of everyone.

I think the bunny girl is acting like an dumb who pretends to be going to work so that fake Nick can pay for all the amenities of the rent XD

How'd you manage to get to that conclusion? She's looking for work and has yet to find employment anywhere, she's not staying out pretending to work, she's actively job seeking, "fake nick" as you call him is asking that June stay out until 5pm because of his "work", whatever that happens to be.

June is about to try applying at the same company Ryder works at as per the previous page, and seeing as she asked Axel if he wants anything picking up it follows that she's fairly splitting the costs of the place and amenities, or at the very least is chipping in for food and other supplies.

Oh I'm not angry, just confused how you came to the conclusion you did, and I'm not defending the characters, merely providing correct information.

I'm not super fond of these characters, but I'm also not going to write them off just because the story is slow paced to put it mildly.

First, because of the size of the text (it obstruct most of the view of the comments. Keeping short makes the reading more fluid, unless it's relevant for the discussion (which unfortunately is isn't) and people are willing to read your argument and engage into the conversation.
Second, it's a fanfic. It's not very polite to post fanfics in comments sections because (Read the first argument) and its once again irrelevant for the discussion. It would be better putting an external link to another site for ones whom are interested reading it than posting the entire fanfic here.

As much as I enjoy a slow burning story, I feel there is a line between slow burn and getting dragged out. Admittedly let's keep in mind part of that comes from how long it is between pages, cause when read whole I feel it's actually a fair bit faster than I first thought.

That said it still feels rather slow. The time between pages doesn't help. But honestly? I'm OK with that for the most part as long as it feels like it keeps moving. If I can deal with prequel update speed this is nothing.

Agree it has been slow burn.. so slow the fire is almost out. The story reaches a point where they are nearly there .. then the story makes a sharp turn away, to nothing. It's annoying and frustrating as the reader. That is the reason I just check this story every couple of months now .. its gotten boring.
