We already know of the human-like Thirens like Nekomata, Seth and Jane, who all look mostly human with minor animal traits (ears and tails).
And we know of the beast-like Thirens like Pulchra, Von Lycaon and Ben, who are your typical anthro animals.
But the masseuse seems to be somewhere in the middle. She has a human-like face with kitty ears, but we can also see that her arms are completely covered in fur.
