    Well, my name is Marik. And I'm still not sure what Metal means about me finding a 'loophole' around anything. The legal drinking age in the USA is 21, and assuming Max went to college at age 18, he'd likely be only 19 or 20 in this comic, so I wrote this dialogue accordingly.

    A loophole to leave it up to the imagination whether or not max was like 16 or something. Although I was indeed wrong

    That's not what a loophole is. A loophole is a technicality or unclear section of a law that someone can exploit. Max isn't exploiting a loophole, he's just not following the law.

    Not if it's a loophole for making adolescent on adult in some countries irl. Which is not the case here it seems cause he's 18. I done goofed
