Honrstly, I wouldn't be able to help but ask the same question, and as much as I'd hope the answer was yes, on account of not knowing eachother, it'd be very uncomfortable for everyone involved, the one who isn't me especially, and the hypothetical person in this scenario should of course just say no, and it's not like I talked to my ex-step-brother much of at all during this period anyway, and I didn't show interest for his hobbies, and I was abit of a prick, and a year or so after that incident I ended up realizing I didn't really like him, just what my idea of him was...

Also, he didn't actually like wearing a trilby, so it wouldn't have worked out anyway. And he didn't understand what non-binary meant. And introduced me on a minecraft server to his friends as his "brother", which as a transfem was incredibly hurtful, and I just... Still can't get over what I thought of him, even after realizing I didn't like him.
