  • And there's the money shot!

Gotta say, I wonder how Rose's cum still looks so white, she looks to be pretty far into transition and mine is pretty much all clear fluid by this point lol. Oh well, porn comic logic to the rescue!

Pretty sure there's HRT that doesn't affect the bits, but still does the other stuff

From what I know, this is specifically the application of a tiiny bit of topical testosterone cream to the genital area weeklyish while on your average oestrogen regimen. It's still mostly being trialed, though some doctors do it.
I have also heard of something similar for trans men in the application of topical oestrogen to handle atrophy issues like discharge and eventually pain from HRT, but I know substantially less.

My anecdotal experience with it is that it mostly does what you'd expect, with no size or skin thickness atrophy, no diminished colour in semen, no anorgasmia, and (somewhat) increasing bloodflow and thus sensitivity. (Especially the day after application, just remember to clean the skin if you ever intend to use that to your benefit at all.)

In my experience, it is incredible for trans women not looking for bottom surgery and wanting to handle atrophy!
Would be nice if there were more concrete numbers though...

Trans men are definitely prescribed topical estrogen, the vaginal atrophy is annoying at best and quite literally bloody at worst. The issue of being horny as hell, but hurting too much to fuck.
