    I love that "internal shot of cum pulsing through the urethra" thing. There should be a specific tag for it. "imminent_orgasm" or "imminent_ejaculation" doesn't fit in this case since it's already happened.

    Maybe like "cum_pumping" or something... In either case, it is a very good concept. Shame it's so rare to see - but I have to imagine it's just because it can be kind of difficult to depict in a good/tasteful manner. Fellowwolf did a great job of it on this piece, though! 👏
