In the book, not the movie. There's a deleted scene in TLW where it's briefly mentioned that InGen paid to have the facilities on the island dismantled and made no mention of being bomed. But since that was in a deleted scene, it's not officially canon. And as we see in Jurassic World, the ruins of the original park are still very much there.

So book canon? Yes, the island was bombed. Movie canon? It wasn't.
