    Actually I seen it before in a 70s sci-fi show. Used to air lot on the Syfy channel before they dropped it. It was Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. In one scene involving a fugitive of some sort being rescued from a prison they had that scene period no segregation everyone was just thrown into a single prison cell thing.
