  • Why is he supporting himself in an environment which has no gravity?
And yes, that's the only thing I'm questioning ;)

Also: Oh noes, he's mooning us.

  • Maybe the laws of gravity/physics don't apply to him...since he's like 50,000 miles tall

I suggest attending kindergarten and stop watching Sci-fi movies.

  • What material do you suppose he is made out of? Some sort of selectively rigid, dense material capable of supporting its own gravity? Or something incredibly light and durable so that he doesn't have to worry about his own gravity?

No he means that there's no significant source of gravitational force affecting his ma-

Oh, forget it. This isn't worth the effort.

That's one way to upset the Earth's orbit in a real big hurry...

I think a lot more than just the orbit is gonna be upset. ^_~

Maybe it's supposed to be a staged photo shoot?

  • Randomthought: He could support himself if he was shooting small bursts of air out of his pores er something like that. Enough in the right direction could keep something stable in a vacuum O.o

  • People, he's bigger than the earth, therefore he would have a greater gravitational attraction. He doesn't need to support himself.

Actually, that only applies assuming he has the proportionate mass of an Earth fox, maybe he's...undense...

  • Look ma, it's a full moon!

    Also, about supporting himself:

If he would indeed be a massive stellar object and the frame of reference was Earth (or Luna) he would have to "support" himself since the objects around him would be attracted to him (who wouldn't?). On such a scale, gravity becomes quite a force to reckon with. He would however not have to support himself as to prevent himself from falling down in the pictures reference frame, since what he is doing is just floating around in space, however corny that is. Also if he doesn't move soon, Earth is gonna get a very close look at his moon. However he might just be an empty void seeing he's a fox and all...

There is no air in a vacuum
