When there is text with a rainbow palette. The individual letters in the text may have one specific color and the words altogether will have the colors of the rainbow (only exception being indigo most of the time), or each letter will have several colors across it which may be the full rainbow, or a top section of text having some colors (ex: red, orange, yellow) and the bottom section has the rest (ex: green, blue, purple).
