Slugcat had found a secret stash of fruit, not knowing the next time he'd have a meal he figured he'd may as well eat as much food as quickly as possible. And so he began eating and eating, even has he began feeling full he knew he had to keep going at a good pace.
A good noon later and Slugcat is still at it, he's slowed down significantly and even he knows he's eaten way more then he needs to, he's uncomfortable bloated by now - but, he still keeps eating? There's just something about feeling your own guts growing out of proportions, stretching and churning as you force down your throat fruit after fruit, and expanding your own figure further.
It all invokes some feeling in Slugcat, that he's not quite sure how to interpret, all he knows is he doesn't want it to end, so he keeps on eating and growing.
