The site uses tag what you see as its rule for tagging. If the character appears female (no visible penis or testicles, has breasts, etc) then it will be tagged as such. Lore tags are applied if the gender identity of the character does not match the sex in the image. I would reccomend reviewing the tagging rules and guidelines for more information which i will link below:
