I am really starting to hate how people are allowed to get away with rampant homophobia and transphobia on this site. Literal rights are being taken away and people are just like "wow fuck you for wanting to be a normal human being".

Both are being marginalized and dehumanized, as well as being persecuted for literally existing differently than the "accepted norm." Also, both are the targets of hate groups, who have made it their effort to pain said groups as less than human.

It's not that crazy of a comparison when you think about it.
