MemberI crack 5-6 eggs into a bowl.
mix the eggs good with the seasoning i want so it can cook together.
after butter my pan so the eggs don't stick i just pour it all in so it covers the entire pan.
after letting it cook on medium for a bit i cut the eggs in 1/4s then
flip the eggs so the other side cooks.
bam!! 4 flat eggs.
