2025 and still has issues
Company I worked for switched to now using “peak refreshments” which uses this app. A lot of old issues with turn app are still persistent. Have to enter your password every single time to use it. It’s a long process to add funds to your account. Either manually type your card info in or request a PIN number emailed to you that you’ll need to enter. After doing what you need to do in the app it dims your phone screen completely. I just added $10, it shows it in my balance, but when I go to pay it says I don’t have the money in there. Works when it wants to I highly suggest not using this app
If only I could give <1 star.
Aside from the minor inconveniences like the screen dimming and not saving your log in credentials, the app, eventually just stops letting you in. Uninstall it, change your password, change it on the app-nothing helps. It’s the app version of the vending machine that steals your money. Avoid auto reload at all costs otherwise you will be feeding money into an app that won’t give it back to you. This app should be removed from the App Store.
It’s ok…
Just a couple quick things…when I minimize the app, every single time, without fail, it dims my screen to the lowest setting; the history text contrast is such that reading the text is almost impossible; what should be where the black box is for the item purchased…a picture of the product I purchased? If so, it’s not there…
There’s still work to be done here, hoping it gets addressed.
